PayPal Payment!


When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund.
To qualify for PayPal Buyer Protection:
Use PayPal to complete your payment.
Let the seller know there’s a problem with the transaction by opening a dispute in the Resolution Centre* within the timeframe noted in the transaction details. If you can’t resolve the issue with the seller, escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of the date you opened the dispute.
Keep your PayPal account in good standing.
If your transaction qualifies for PayPal Buyer Protection you are covered for the full purchase price plus the original shipping charges.
You can report your problem in the PayPal Resolution Centre or the eBay Resolution Centre. Either way, you’ll receive the same coverage. To find out how to report a problem on eBay, go to eBay and click Resolution Centre at the bottom of any page.
Please note that some purchases such as vehicles in the Motors category, industrial machinery used in manufacturing and Real Estate aren’t eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection.

* The Resolution Centre is not available on the PayPal app but you can access it via the PayPal website on your desktop.

Money Is Moved Automatically. By checking out using PayPal, the winning buyer automatically triggers a transfer of funds from their preferred payment method (either credit card or bank account) into his or her PayPal account.

If you’ve made an online purchase for your business and sent the seller money via the popular payment site PayPal, the seller may have provided PayPal with a tracking number, allowing you to obtain the status of your shipment from UPS or any other delivery service. You can retrieve this tracking number from the Details page of the specific PayPal transaction; if you are not clear, please contact us and get detailed information about the tracking .

A buyer pays for an item, but claims he or she didn’t receive it. These complaints can affect your merchant PayPal balance. But with Seller Protection, if the transaction meets our requirements, we’ll help keep your balance intact. There’s no charge for this service; we want your transactions to be secure.

Did something go wrong when making a purchase with PayPal? Did your order not arrive? Did something arrive that was very different than described? The first step is to dispute the transaction through us. We’ll facilitate communication between you and the seller to see if things can be worked out. Many disputes are caused by misunderstandings, and they’re often easy to resolve. However, if you and the seller can’t reach an agreement on your own, you can escalate your dispute to a claim. We’ll investigate and make a decision in favor of either you or the seller.

Here’s how to reset your password by text:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com.
  2. Click Log In at the top of the page.
  3. Click Having trouble logging in? (*do NOT close out of this window or you’ll need to restart the password reset process.)
  4. Type the email address you use for PayPal and click Next.
  5. Select Receive a text so we can confirm this is your account, and click Next.
  6. Enter the 6-digit security code we sent to your mobile and click Next.
  7. Create a new password (type it twice) and click Update.

 

Here’s how to reset your password by email:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com.
  2. Click Log In at the top of the page.
  3. Click Having trouble logging in? (*do NOT close out of this window or you’ll need to restart the password reset process.)
  4. Type the email address you use for PayPal and click Next.
  5. Select Receive an email so we can confirm this is your account, and click Next.
  6. Enter the 6-digit security code we sent to your email (you may need to check or junk or spam folder) and click Continue.
  7. Select another way of confirming it’s you, and click Next.
  8. After going through this last security check, create a new password (type it twice) and click Update.

Here’s how to reset your password by phone:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com.
  2. Click Log In at the top of the page.
  3. Click Having trouble logging in? (*do NOT close out of this window or you’ll need to restart the password reset process.)
  4. Type the email address you use for PayPal and click Next.
  5. Select Have us call you so we can confirm this is your account, and click Next.
  6. You will see a code on the next screen. Use it when you get our call.
  7. Create a new password (type it twice) and click Update.

For the most part, PayPal is safe when you use it to send money. … Data security: PayPal’s website is secure and encrypted. As long as you have a secure connection to the legitimate PayPal site, any information you exchange is hidden from prying eyes.

If you are buying something, would you give cash to a company you’d never heard of without receiving the goods there and then? Probably not. But if you pay by bank transfer, you’re taking a risk if you don’t know the company because there’s no protection if things go wrong.
